President Gascon introduced Dr. Reynaldo S. Naguit, president of the People's Inc.-Conscious Town, to become the very educator to directly assist natives in the learning experience of living their lives through Agro-Forestry.

It is part of the Rainforestation programme or planting native trees and other high value crops in the West-Water (watershed) of Angat Dam, in the town of Norzagaray, where native Dumagats live. The president partners with Mr. Marian Fernando, an agriculturist from the Provincial Agriculture Office (PAO). It is an initial task in preparation for the upcoming plantation on November 5 in the Dumagats, native trees and specified appropriate high value crops.

In addition to ensuring that there is fair water from the roots of the trees to continue to have water in store the Angat Dam, it is also the purpose of a project to have continuous economic resources based on native methods.
